Group Assignment Uploads and duplicates?

If I do a Group Assignment Upload with a bunch of e-mails that are already in the specified group, what will happen?

The e-mails are removed from the group?

I get the Errors CSV saying something like "this e-mail already exists in the group" (and therefore, nothing really happens)

Nothing?

I have an updated spreadsheet from a colleague that has new and exisiting e-mails in it. I don't know which is which and I need to do the upload. Just wanted to make sure what will happen to the group members that already exist.

There should be no harm done if some of the emails in your Group Assignment Upload are already in the group. It certainly won't remove them from the group.
