Hi,


I need to do a major data reassessment and this will be my first time doing it without consultants! To start I was wondering if anyone could help me: What is the best way to pull of list of all constituents who have opened an email in x amount of time (I was thinking two years...maybe a year and half)

Hi Gianna,


There is a way to accomplish what you are doing with a combination of an Email Response Rate Segmentation Task and a Query.


Essentially, you can create a task that looks at your constituents email opens and adds a value to their Constituent360 profile based on the opens. If you weight the opens as 1, then every open will increase the value on their profile by 1. You can even specifiy a date range for the Task to look back.


You can then query on this profile field, limiting it to people who have a certain value (such as equal to or greater than 10).

Keep in mind that Luminate Online only stores email response information for 12 months, though, so even though it's possible to set the task to 18 or 24 months, it will only return 12 months of results.
