Can you create an annual sustaining donation form?

I'm wondering if anyone has created a sustaining donation form (say, for membership renewals) that captures the donor's credit card and permission to charge the card again automatically one year later?  It's an annual sustaining gift (instead of a monthly gift).

Jessica,

You can set a regular old sustaining gift to be annual instead of monthly! Use a Standard Donation Level form element on your donation form. Edit that form element and check the box that says "Yes, each level will have its own specific recurring behavior." Now, your donation levels will have a "Recurring" link. If you set the recurring behavior to "Annual" and "Ongoing" you'll get exactly the behavior you describe.

You can also get annual sustaining behavior using the Flexible Sustainer Donation Level, or by using a Standard Donation Level with the "Optional recurring behavior" checkbox checked. But you described an annual membership fee...and so I imagine you'd want that fee specified. Editing a specific donation level is the way to do that.
