Address Book upload from .csv in non-English locale

If you are using a non-English locale (French/Spanish) and trying to upload to the Address Book within TeamRaiser Participant Center, the headers for the file have to be in English.

Here is a sample of what the file should look like:

First,Last,Email

Kevin,Enns,devnull@convio.com

The data within the file other than the header can be in your specific locale, but the header must be in English.  This is contrary to what the Help says when viewing it in non-English locales.
