Hi Jim,

in terms of starting over -- that can be hard to do.  But what you could do is this:  if you have a new list of contacts who should be in that group, you can create a CSV file of those contacts' email addresses and then use that file to run a Group upload.  The group upload is covered in the import/export training class -- it's a simple upload that would allow you to upload that list and have them added to the member group in Convio.  Even if you include folks who might already be in that group, the group upload should work well because any contacts who were not in that group before will be in the group after the upload.  Anyone who was already in the group will still be in that group even if they are on that list as overlap.

Would that be an okay alternative as opposed to starting from scratch?  If you do need to start from scratch, you could create a brand new group, upload the contacts who need to be in that group and then discontinue the use of the old members group and simply use the new one going forward.
