How do I include a link to our sustaining gifts form on our regular donation form?

I'm trying to add a blurb to our regular form that essentially gives our donors an option to make sustaining gifts (something to the effect of "click here to make a monthly gift").  How do I insert the link to our sustaining donor form in that blurb?  And how do I access the link to our sustaining gift form if it is not accessible on our website?  Our form is published, but we haven't made it available on our website.

Hi Allison,

Hope you're well!  I'm excited to see that OMRF is running a sustained giving campaign.

You can grab the link to the live sustaining gift donation form in the last step of editing/publishing your donation form in your Convio administrative tools.  Here's how to get there:

1. Go to Fundraising > Donation Management > Click "Manage" for your sustainer campaign > Click "Edit" for the specific form you're working on
2. In the process navigator, skip to step #7 "Publish"
3. Item #4 on that page is "URL of the First Donation Form Page" - this is the link you can use anywhere on your live site to link to the donation form

Depending on how you're using this form, you may want to link to it as another "way to give" from your primary one-time-gift donation form.  To do that, you would navigate to your general giving form in Convio and edit the pitch text at the top of that form to include a link to your sustainer donation form.  You probably already know where to find and edit that pitch text, but if you're not sure, post back and we'll point you in the right direction.
