Splitting out Registration Types

Is it possible to customize our teamraiser to split out timed runners and non-timed runners?  Last year we tried having our $5 chip-timing as an "upsell" and it caused more confusion because people missed this option.

We would like to build this cost into all timed participations types (miles of men, in the pink, individual, team).  Is it possible to customize our registration page to reflect a hierarchy for Timed Participants and Non-Timed participants with drop-downs that allow them to select their participation type.
