Pulling Registrant Names from Donation Management Campaigns

Hi there,


We recently created a new landing page under "Donation Management" to accept donations for an upcoming Luncheon.  Registrants are able to pay for their ticket(s) and also add names for their guests that will be sitting at their table as well.  How exactly do I pull the names of all of these registrants that are attending.  I can obviously see the name/info of the donor who put through the transactions, but I'm unsure how to find the names of the individuals they input, that will be sitting at the table with them.  Thanks in advance!

Hi Brent, 


There is a Report Writer report that can give you this:

Data Management > Reports > Report Writer (tab) > Create a New Report (button) > Transactions (dropdown) > Transaction Details > Select Columns > Custom Data Fields section (you'll see your custom questions here)


Or you can run the more classic Donations By Transaction report found here:

Fundraising > Donation Management > Donation Reports (from nav across the top) > Donations By Transaction (from dropdown)


Filter by the exact form you want to report on.. and this should return the Additional Questions (Names) that you're looking for with each transaction line. 

Oh... one important note.. you'll have to keep refreshing the report results until the "download" link appears... as the online view version won't have all the fields (but the downloadable version of the report will).
