Attachments to Surveys?

Hello. Is there any way to provide an attachment field when creating a survey? We are using the survey tool as a way to creat grant applications, and would like to be able to have applicants upload their letters of reference right on the application. Thank you!

There's not a way to include a file upload field in a Survey. What I've seen other organizations do is put some text in the autoresponder that tells applicants to reply to the email with the attachment.

Can you attach a document such as a pdf to a survey autoresponder?

I don't think so, but of course you could add a link to the pdf. Then you just store your pdf in the Convio document library, or upload it via FTP to your server folders.
