Resolving new registrations in 360

Options

We are working on getting a sync between Raiser's Edge and Convio 360, and have been stuck in this phase of the project for quite some time.  I am finding it very difficult to find time to match up 2,000+ records, and we are about to add another 5,000 emails to 360.  Does anyone have any helpful tips on how to resolve these dups quicker?  Any suggestions are appreciated!
