Our University is looking to turn on the recurring gifts and pledge payment option in NetCommunity, and would like to ask some questions to any schools who has this option turned on. If any of you are willing to talk to us, could you please send me any contact information you prefer (including name(s) and school) so that we may get in contact.

    Hi Fernando,


    I'm not a school but I have been processing pledge payments through NetCommunity using the EFT module for a few years.  Did you have a specific question about the process in general...?

    We have Recuring Gifts allowed on our donation page.  We only have the 1 option for people to choose from and that is on the 15th of the month.  If the gift comes in prior to the 15th it will get run on that date.  If they for example would like it to start on May 24th, it will be run on June 15th.  Hope this helps.
