Error: Sender ID/Sender Policy Framework: The domain name in the From address you used for this email is not configured to identify Convio as an authorized sender.

Options
When setting up an email in Luminate Online, do you usually see a big yellow error that says:
Error: Sender ID/Sender Policy Framework: The domain name in the From address you used for this email is not configured to identify Convio as an authorized sender. Doing so is essential to ensure your email is not mistaken for spam 


If you do, that's a good indicator you haven't set up a Sender Policy Framework - it's a simple configuration you add wherever you host your domain name that will greatly improve the deliverability of emails you send from Luminate.
