AddressFinder

Options
Last time I tried to run AddressFinder (I think it was back in February) it was not working and I had to upload my file via FTP.


Does anyone know if AddressFinder is functional again?


I just tried running it and got a time out error but I'm not sure if that is my connection here or if the service is still down

  • I was just trying to run the AddressFinder today as well, and it looks like I will still have to upload via FTP as well and do the Manual Data Return. Unfortunately, it looks like the KnowledgeBase is down, so I can't reach the link for the instructions on the Manual Data process! I guess I will have to reach out to Support afterall. I hope you get your connection working quickly since the rest of the process will take a little extra time!

    Good luck to you as well Kandis!  I did end up uploading to the FTP server and got the process rolling. I wonder when they are going to be online with it again?!

  • Dito. I had to upload via FTP yesterday. You also need to send an email to Addressfinder@blackbaud.com with your Site ID, Organization name and address and let them know that you uploaded the file.
  • I gotta say I'm both baffled and concerned about why it is taking so long for Blackbaud to fix this issue.

    right?!  I was wondering if there was an ETA anywhere. I got my FTP results back but need knowledgebase to walk me through how to install...SIGH...thankfully I'm not on a tight deadline for this

  • I'm surprised there have been no emails, nothing on their page, or anything about this.  I wanted to read a solution to an error regarding the "255 character string" when acknowleging letters and I'm still waiting on the KB site.
