Have you checked out the Web Services console? The great thing about it is that it lets you easily create sample requests, and shows you the envelope that's sent as well as the response.

Thanks Noah. I tried the Web Services console and see how this can be helpful. As promising as this was, it did not help the 3rd party I was working with who eventually found what they needed after speaking directly with a Luminate support engineer.
