Recurring Email Report of Constituents who submit a survey or take action

I want to get an emailed list on a weekly basis of constituents that have done the following:

filled out a survey or taken action on (some of) our dvocacy alerts. Ideally the list only shows the most recent consituents who have done either of those things. Two lists - one for survey and one for advocacy would be okay but not optimal. Same with if the list is cumulutative - ok but not optimal.

I am looking for the most efficient way of setting this up. Thanks for any thoughts.
