unsubscribe links being stripped from survey/action alert autoresponder stationary

Does anyone have a solution to this one? Recently we noticed that our unsubscribe links in our survey and action alert autoresponders are being stripped. The code is correct in the stationary and appears in the stationary preview but when we preview (or receive via test submissions) the autoresponders, it removes the link and text the link is created on.

This happens because a constituent cannot opt out of receiving autoresponders. You can, however, link to the constituent profile page, where a constituent can also change their e-mail preferences: http://www.oceanconservancy.org/site/ConsProfileUser

OK, thanks. So then why is there an option to use staionary for both autoresponders and everything else? Shouldn't they have to be separate?
