Can we modify a donor's answer?

Hello -

Is it at all possible to modify or edit the responses a donor submitted on a donation form?

We are working with a few youth philanthropy groups who are raising money to fund the grant proposals they have received.  We are helping students keep track of how much each teenager raised.  As such we put on their joint donation forms questions to the donors asking who they would like to be credited for their donation.  We originally did this as a drop-down to save space.  Problem was that some of our early donors didn't see the question, and selected for their donation to be credited to the entire group, not just one student.

To solve this, we modified the drop-down and change it to radio buttons.  Now there is less chance of error, but we still have half-a-dozen donations that need to be reassigned certain students.  Is there any way to modify the donation records to correct the responses?
