Analyze by Age Group

I'm not sure if I don't have something set-up correctly or not, but when I look at the analysis by age group for Campaigns/Funds/Appeals the only age group I see is Undetermined. We have birthdays in the system for a lot of donors so I can't figure out why I can't see the age groups. Is anyone else having this problem?
