Why becoming certified was important to me and/or my organization

I recently completed my bCRE-Pro certification. It was important to me because I have spent years learning, perfecting, and growing my knowledge and expertise in the Raiser's Edge. Acheiving my certification meant being able to have independent verification of this expertise, proving to myself and to my network that I excel at the work I do.
