Loading never ends for Online Express interface popups...
I am presently using Online Express via Raiser's Edge on the Citrix receiver, and it, at the outset, all looks fine.
However, whenever I click something such as "Create an email" or "Create a form" that brings a popup window where presumably an editing interface is supposed to load, it simply stays in the loading screen forever and never actually loads. See below screenshot for what this looks like...
Has anyone ever encountered this issue before?

One of my colleagues has had this problem since last week. Troubleshooting with chat support was not successful. After "refreshing" the citrix user name, use of OLX continued to get stuck on the "loading bar" page mentioned below. Also, once into Online Express via another login, the email link option kept asking for a "valid url" despite a proper email address already in the form. We really like OLX, but we lost several hours of productivity on this little problem. Quite frustrating!

Michele StenderI'm having the same experience. Support does not know why it happens and doesn't have a real fix for it yet. The only workaround is to either have support fully reset your Citrix login or to create a new Citix login; unfortunately, both options result in losing a lot of handy account settings, such as recently used lists and sort orders, and the error may recur. If anyone hears of a solution, please post. Thanks!

This happenrd to me as well as a colleague. It was resolved after much back and forth. Here's the response email:
"Thank you so much for contacting Blackbaud Customer Support. I'm writing in reference to case number 13177037 which you have opened about Online Express pages not loading for your user profile. We were able to perform some maintenance on our end and individually refresh each application server profile associated with your Citrix user account. This was done over a week ago, but have been monitoring the proceess for you since then. If you have not already, please try this feature at your next convenience and provide any feedback as needed."

It is getting to the point where I asked chat support if they could teach me how to reset Citrix on my own as to save time (unfortunately, can't be done on my end). At this point, I would rather just email constituents using the BCC line of Gmail because I know that it will work, rather than use OLX. Please figure this out!
