NXT Email Options To Automatically Add Action in RE (Business Rules)

Bottomline: RE can automatically add an action to a record when you send out email. It doesn't exist for NXT. Can we change that?


Tired of adding an Action to someone in your portfolio every time you send out an email? No problem! You can have RE automatically prompt you with a pre-filled Action whenever you send an email through RE. (More on setting this up: https://kb.blackbaud.com/articles/Article/75271) Hooray!
