reusable componets - Please HELP!

I made part of our homepage a reusable componet so that I could place our news stories in our sustaining givers "thank you"

The links that are on the reusable componet don't work, they go to page not found.  Do I need to make the pages the links go to reusable too, in order for the donor to see them?

"Read full story" links aren't working and I can't figure out why? Only the links that go outside of our site work.

Make you internal links full URLs rather than relative links.

"http://www.mysite.org/myHomePage" rather than "../myHomePage"
