Convio - Event Registration Query on Check Number

Is there a way to do a special query on check number for an event registration?


When we are entering offline donations into Convio there is a space to type in the check number, but I do not see a way to query on it.

Hi Heather,


I wouldn't think this is possible and the reason I say that is check numbers are not unique. You could potentially have multple 007's in your database.


Is there a reason you're searching by check number instead of name?

We are trying to locate a gift someone believes had been cashed.


I know we have this function in RE and even though check numbers are not unique it does help narrow down a search ;-)


I figured that it was not possible after doing some digging but I figured I would ask to see if anyone had any pointers.
