Maintenance Task Schedule

I'm working on setting up a calendar of regular maintenance tasks now that I've built a solid policy and procedure base at my organization. (Prior to me creating one a year/year and a half ago, they didn't have any documented/stable policy and procedures...) I already do/support a couple on a regular basis:
  • Monthly Dupe Check
  • Yearly query clean-up
  • Twice monthly over-due pledge check-up
  • (New) annual portfolio review processes for with our individual giving team
  • Annual address finder search
  • Yearly addressee/salutation check-up
What other clean-up tasks would you suggest I add to my regimen? What does your data maintenance calendar look like?

  • Currently the maintenance process here is not formalized but this is a great idea! To your list I would add:

    - quarterly table cleanup

    - monthly review overdue actions
  • I like your list; have you developed this into a fuller listing?
