Constituent Name cuts off on the Action Detail Report

I have been having problems with the action detail report cutting off the names of constituents. The KB article below indicates that the issue has been resolved, however I just got finished the a support chat and it appears that a more recent update may have broken the fix. If anyone else is having this problem, please add a vote to the ideas page.

Hi Nicole,


It's so distressing to deal with a report that won't print correctly - I feel your pain! Have you tried changing the font size or type in your user options? Or perhaps using a different addressee/salutation in your Name Format on the Format tab? I've also seen other clients change the print formatting on their printers specifically, telling RE to format the report for a legal size peice of paper, which makes things bigger. Perhaps one of these options can help.

Changing font sizes doesn't exactly help because then the font is too small to read. And it still cuts the name off. I don't really want to print on legal size paper. It's kind of a pain since it doesn't match the sizes of the rest of our reports and it legal paper is actually more expensive than 8.5 x 11 paper. Plus, I typically create a PDF and the legal size PDF is much smaller when viewing in "page width" to read on the screen. I guess what I'd really like is for the fix to work.
