There are no group types in the share report results

How do I add groups in to the group type column in the share report results in report writer.

Spoke with Chat Support. Apparently the Share functiuonality is 'broken and disabled' at the moment. No ETA on a fix.

This issue was fixed in a patch at end of April (E-46334).
