Integrate Online Express email signups with Google Adwords Conversions

How can we integrate Google Adwords with Online Express newsletter signups? Since the form doesn't bring you to a 'completed' page we can't embed the tracking code. Has anyone figured out an alternative? Adwords does let you track button clicks but you need to have access to the submit button code (https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/6331304?hl=en&authuser=0). It would be great if Online Express let you add custom code once the form is completed.

This is an ongoing and serious problem that I can't believe BB hasn't considered. You can't track conversions at all because of this.
