Has anyone had luck with customizing Convio receipts?

Options
1--i.e. the standard Convio receipt without any information about our organization. It is basically useless as is.

Does anyone have suggestions on a company who can figure out how to work with PDF forms under the constraints that Convio imposes in its receipt manager function? I'd love to hear what other people have done. This is really frustrating!

    Were you ever able to get your receipts squared away? If so, what was the solution? We are in the same boat now. It's quite odd that the default receipt doesn't include the organization name. I've just entered a support ticket and will report back on the answer, but hoping to avoid re-inventing the wheel if you've already found something that works.

    Hey Liz. We ended up spending a lot of time with our VA working on this (we have 10 VA hours a month included in our contract). Part of the problem was that he was not familiar with PDF forms and didn't have the correct software on his computer. If you contact Convio IA, they may be able to help you. Nevertheless, it was a custom solution that we had to pay for. I'd be surprised if support will work with you on this, but you never know. Keep me posted...
