Mention team captain in an email to a team member

Hi,

We're getting ready to launch our TeamRaiser for this year's Race for the Cure.  Our Director of Communications segments our "Race is open" emails to four populations; Previous Year Team Captains, Previous Year Team Members, Previous Year Individuals, and Previous Year Nonparticipants.  He would like to include the name of the Team Captain in an email to the Team Member - is there a conditional code that enables me to do this?
