way to add donors to marquee

Is there a way to add donors that give to a specific donation form to a marquee automatically after they give?  In addition to not wanting to update a Pagebuilder page manually every day, it would be nice if the donor were immediately recognized.  I'd have to have a way to let them do this anonymously as well.
