Online Express Email Marketing error messages

I use Online Express to create emails to send to our donor lists. On two occasions I have been working on an email for a number of weeks, and then I will click onto it to continue editing it and an error message appears. When this happens I can no longer access the email and I lose all my work.

 

I have attached screenshots of the error messages for you to look at.

 

Any help or suggestions as to what this bug might be would be great!

  • I get this error too, and sometimes (but not always) logging in and out of RE helps. I also save after every change I make, so I don't lose a lot of work. I've never lost previously saved work though.
  • I have recevied a similar error message, and logging in and out of RE helps with it at times (but not always). Also, I save after every change I make so that any loss is minimal. I've never lost previously saved work though.
  • Unfortunately logging in and out of RE never works for me, and I always lose my saved work. Hoping someone from Online Express can let me know what the problem is and get it fixed, because it can't keep happening.
