User is seeing content mixed up between 2 different user accounts, one is our event and the other is another organization's event

This user is participating on both our event and another event that hosted by a different organization but also using luminate online. And sometimes he would get half the screen in A event's data and the other half from event B.  And this user is a very tech savvy person so he is very concern about the way LO uses cookies and the site security.

Does any of you guys expereince similar problem with LO? If so, what is your response to the user?

    If you haven't already opened a Support case about this, I'd definitely recommend doing so. I've never heard of anyone experiencing the issue you're describing.
