Add HTML content to c360 profile?

Is there any way to add arbitratry html to an admin's view of a constiutent profile? The standard page editor just seems to let you choose which fields to show, and not actually make any significant changes.

I'd like to link my Member ID's to the corresponding record in our offline database.
