Data sync - pulling sustaining donors in as have admin access

I am kind of guessing this is a support issue.

The morning reports that we are getting from Convio is saying that certain donors - sustaining donors have administrative access. When I look at their constituent record it says there is no admin access. I am wondering why the data sync would pull that information. This has happened four times now, that I am aware of.

Any ideas???

Definitely sounds like a Support case -- open a ticket with some details on which constituents you're seeing this on and someone should be able to help.
