The most-recent information I've been able to find is from 2010, so I'm hoping this has changed since then...


Is it possible to add to a survey a field/question that would allow a user to upload a PDF or photo?


Seems odd to me that this still isn't a possibility.

So a request to email the doc in the autoresponder is still the way to go?

I also agree this would be a good option within Luminate Online.


I don't know of any examples "in the wild" so I can't cite specific success or failure, but I have heard talk among some clients about using a Box or Dropbox embed widget or connected services on the form page or thank-you page.
