Donor missing from Constituent360

We had a donor complete a transaction 5/16 3:45PM.  That donor is not listed in the C360 area but I can find her in the transactions area.  I was under the impression we did not need to manually move each donor to C360.  Is this not correct?

    I might need a bit more information but here's what I found so far. I see that a donation in the amount of $40 came in from a donor names Lisa. I'm able to see both her transaction in the transaction area of Donation Management and in C360. Search for her by email address in C360 since it looks like her first and last names are switched. This is because in the original file we uploaded on March 9, her first and last were in the wrong column...probably just a tiny error in the file you provided.

    It looks like everything is running just as it should. If the gift you were referecing is NOT this $40 gift, let me know.
