Primary responsibility for overall management of reporting and segmenting out of AKF Development systems.

Position Overview

 

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Works with internal and external stakeholders to identify, create and run reports and/or queries out of Raiser’s Edge to support fundraising efforts. Provides quality control on all reports and queries created.

• Works with Associate Director of Online Engagement to build segmentations/suppressions groups within Raiser’s Edge to support online communication efforts. Brings in audiences included in online solicitations into the Raiser’s Edge Appeals Tab (Promotion History). 

• Works with internal stakeholders to identify and create Raiser’s Edge dashboards to support fundraising efforts.

• Partners with Stewardship Coordinator to ensure that all queries and reports needed to send out acknowledgements are correct and up to date.

• Works with internal and external stakeholders to identify, create and run reports and/or queries out of Raiser’s Edge to support stewardship efforts.

• Prepares and/or performs quality control data pulls from Raiser’s Edge to support other departments. 

• Provides regular training to staff on using dashboards and running standard reports.

• Imports and exports data out of Raiser’s Edge as directed by Associate Director of Constituent Relations.

• Provides support to external vendors, as needed.

• Serves as back up to data entry

• Serves as back to Associate Director of Online Engagement to support segmenting and email communications out of Luminate Online.

• Answers Development Queues phones, as needed.

• Oversees the Constituents Relations Associates, as needed. 

• Assists Senior Director of Direct Donor Engagement, as needed.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs additional related duties, as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

College degree and/or 3 years relevant experience. Proficient in Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge and Blackbaud Luminate Online. Demonstrated competencies in setting goals, developing strategies and schedules to meet those goals. Demonstrated success in managing complex working relationships.  Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of Blackbaud Direct Marketing helpful. Well organized and detail oriented; able to effectively work independently and within a team framework. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Maintain and perform high levels of customer service to internal and external customers. Ability to handle confidential matters with a high level of integrity.
