NetCommunity Giving Pages

Does anyone have a good solution for a giving page not connected to NetCommunity? Our donors, I believe, are charged an additional 2% (in addition to the credit card merchant fee) when they make online credit card gift and I have heard murmurs about solutions/giving pages that are independent of BBNC and do not charge this fee.

I don't recall there being a 2% fee with NetCommunity per transaction. Is this something new? Also, who are you using for your credit card merchant?

I'm not aware of any BBNC transaction fees. There is a fee, a percentage of the transaction, for gifts processed through our merchant account, which is BBMS.

And in our case (and I would guess others' as well), the donor doesn't get charged that, we are (fee is "taken off the top" - it's charged before the disbursement to us is made).
