multi-locale Documentation

First post....  Is there any documentation on working with multi-locale?  I got the following but don't know where to start:


On the English Pagewrapper tab

The links you posted toggle the visitor's browsing session between the different locales/languages. On the admininstrator side, Luminate content items use mutliple input tabs to provide different localized versions.
