Responsive conversion and 'Donation Form Stiles'

Options
Hi Community,

I'm converting some old donation forms from 'standard' to responsive. The pagewrapper parts work just fine; but the form itself is holding on to styles that were assigned to it from the 'standard' days. Specifically those made available in the step 3, 'Design Donor Screens' | 'Customize Look and Feel' page. When these form were set up with standard layout, a drop down was presented with choices for 'Donation Form Stiles', listing 'Metal', 'Sky', 'Desert', and 'Nature', as well as a 'default styles for site'. This drop-down item isn't there in forms that are started as responsive, nor is it there in copies of the older forms that I've made and specified at copy-time that should be changed to responsive.

So what I'd like to do is find a way to eliminate that package from those old forms, mostly so that I don't have to make copies of all of them and switch the association for the forms in the CRM; and so I don't have to scour the website to find places where links go to the old formID.

Thanks for any light you can shine!

  • Hi Matthew,

    if my recollection serves me correctly, once you set your donation form "Form Layout" to "Responsive within your donation setting, don't forget to add this into your pagewrapper setting within the Edit mode, under "3. Body Tag Attributes" >> "Additional attributes for the BODY tag" with the following

    class="[[?xxtruex::x[[S80:mobile]]x::mobile::]]"

    That would make your donation response properly to the responsive wrapper.

    regards,

    Daniel
