We are about to launch our 2016 events and I want our fundraising staff to test the TeamRaisers first. Does anyone have a good testing checklist you can share?

TeamRaiser Q/A checklist
Build check 

1. Login in wrapper works properly (display Participant Center link on logged in status... direct to PC or list of PCs)
2. Autoresponder, Suggested Messages, Milestones, and Default Personal/Team page content in place
3. All pages set to responsive layout
4. Pages styled to match/fit with the wrapper
   1. Responsive layout (button color) styled to match site design/colors (double check Search page results buttons too)
   2. Personal/Team pages styled to match site design/colors
5. Send a test email for a stationery check (preview doesn't cut it...often looks different in an actual email)
6. Verify Access Participant Center button is a button and visible on thank you page (sometimes the other styling makes the font color on this 'off')
7. PC embedded and styled (think through whether this should be embedded in a Custom TR page or in a PageBuilder page)
8. Verify log out takes you to the appropriate place from the PC and the wrapper (current page is fine except when in PC… since it’ll throw the “must be logged in” error)
9. Review site in all web browsers and your mobile device or use: http://mobiletest.me/

Front End Testing 
If site is in “Test Mode” (prior to the Go Live script) you may use VISA 4111-1111-1111-1111 for the credit card number and you can use 111 for the CVV number. If site is currently “Live”, than you will need to use real credit card info (that may be refunded via the back end tool). Use a different email address for each test registration you do.  Do not use the administrator email address that we have for logging into the backend tool

Participant Testing

1. Register for the event.
   1. Register as an individual
      1. Register only yourself
      2. Register multiple people at the same time when prompted on the registration summary page. The button says “Register Family Member”
   2. Start a Team – You will be the team captain and your participant center will offer additional functionality that is not seen for individual participants
   3. Join a Team  - search for the team that you want to join, and proceed through the registration process
2. During Registration pay close attention to onscreen text, and make note of anything you’d like to adjust.  Screenshots are very helpful too.
3. After registration, check your email to review the autoresponder messages
4. Proceed to the “Participant Center.” There is a link to this in your registration autoresponder.
   1. Customize your newly created Personal Page with text and photo (and Team Page if applicable).
   2. Use Email tool to send out solicitation email
   3. Review how the Participant Center works to enter “offline gifts”, create friendly URL, change goal, and update email contacts.
5. Register from a mobile device (optional)

Donor Testing

1. Use the search on the greeting page to locate and make a donation to a participant
2. Use the search on the greeting page to locate and make a donation to a team
3. Set a low goal for one of the participants and make donations to hit the 50% level and then the 100% level of the goal to see the autoresponders for both
4. Look at the page views in multiple browsers (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox)
5. Donate from a mobile device (optional)

Questions/Recommendations for testers:

• Does the site have the proper text that you want at the top of the pages?
• Are there any missing fields that you were expecting to see? (we will try to accommodate extra fields if/when possible)
• Does the thank you screen, and the thank you email message say what you like?
• Engage a wide variety of staff members, and even trusted volunteers, to get a full circle of feedback.
• Engage both tech savvy and non tech savvy folks to test.
• Engage those familiar with the program and those who are not.
