Donation Reports

We put most of our donation forms under 1 campaign, but when we pull a donation report whether by Form, by transaction, etc we need to see each donation, with donor information, dates, gift amount, etc AND the specific donation form so we know why the donation was made.

Is there a way to pull a report that shows all gift and donor detail line by line PLUS the donation form used to make the gift?

You can have a 'Form Title' column in the Report Writer Transactions reports for sure. Theres a whole section of Donation Form fields you can include about halfway down the giant page of Columns you can add to a report.
