Unsubscribe

We are new to Online Express and would like our alumni to have options to what they wish to opt out of.  At present, when you unsubscribe the only option you have is to unsubscribe from all emails from us.  How do other schools and uni's deal with this, as at present Balckbaud do not offer an option for this to be changed and customised to how the school/uni would like to see it.

There are several threads and Ideas about this.  I advise checking out the OLX Idea Bank, as well as searching in the Community for other posts related to yours.  Subscribe to topics/threads, vote/comment on Ideas, and contribute new Ideas when you can't find an existing Idea that is related.  A general good practice is to go back to a Community thread and post a link to Ideas that you find or add, so others can easily find them and they get more votes.
