Pledge Premium Inventory Control Threshold

Good afternoon,

My name is Paul Hermann and I'm with KVIE Public Television in Sacramento. Recently I tried to limit a particular pledge premium to a certain number utilizing the inventory management module in Configure Premiums under Donation Management. The attached file is a representative example of what I was under the impression Convio could do. It would appear that if I set a number in Threshold that the quanity would count down and then notify one or all of our users that the number had gotten to that level. It did not. This brings up at least two questions if not more:

• Who would Convio have been notifying if indeed it did, and how can I find out and configure the recipients?
• Does Convio "grey out" the premium on the donation form when the quantity moves to Zero?

This comes into play most especially with regard to ticketed events that in many cases have limited numbers and availability. If someone here has an answer to any - preferably all - of my concerns I'd be most appreciative. Thank you.
