Adding new sponsors in coaching emails

Hi,


We are creating a new coaching email series for each of our different Walks. We have discovered an issue that may be a problem. One of our sponsor benefits is to have a logo included in all email communications. Therefore, we are trying to figure out how to handle any new sponsors in the coaching emails. Would we have to cancel each of the different coaching emails everytime there is a new sponsor in order to add them? Or would it be better to add the new sponsors to the email stationery?  


Please advise as soon as possible as we are starting to set up these emails this week. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You should be able to use a reusable pagebuilder page to hold the logos. Then just update that and the emails can be left running.
