Can I refund a donation?

- whether you would like to issue the refund on the same credit card that was used to process the gift, or if the donor has already been reimbursed (this is more likely an option for cash/check donations).

Alternatively, you can also issue the refund by going to Fundraising > Transactions and searching for the transaction by donor name (or partial name) and date range.  When you find the donation you are looking to refund, click on the "Refund" link in the "Actions" column and follow the same steps as described above.
