Adding a Check box in eCommerce Checkout

We are using the eCommerce tool to sell tickets for a fundraising event. We'd like to add a check box during the check out process that says something like "Contact me for express check out options." How would I go about doing this?

Can you elaborate on which page in the eCommerce checkout process you'd like to add this?  Also, is the express checkout option something that's part of the completion of the eCommerce transaction or is it something that is related to the event itself.  Feel free to email details to me directly at mshefter@convio.com

I'm also interested in knowing more about this -- can a checkbox be added to any one of the pages? I'm thinking about a use where someone has to select a box after they have read a disclaimer or something similar. If there are options for this at a store vs. product level I'd be interested in any options.
