Online Express Gifts

I was bulk processing 46 gifts when the system froze and now all the information is lost.  IT never made it into my batch or is it still in the online express tab.  Does anyone know how to retrieve the information?  PLEASE HELP!!!

  • Hi Sharon. We had this happen and support was able to re-add all the gifts. Unfortunately, none of the information saved and everything had to be re-done. I would suggest contacting them.
  • Worst case scenario, you should be able to recreate (most of) the Batch from data in the BBMS Portal combined with the email alerts you receive from OLX.  But I would contact OLX Support first, as Spencer suggested.
