Short vs. Long Descriptions

For some reason, my company cannot view States as Long descriptions in the donation page dropdown menu.  Especially for international donors with unique state or province codes, this could be confused with US states as it currently is in short descriptions and to our understanding Online Express can only show States in Short description.  However, this view can be changed in the Country table.  Please consider making this update in your javascript coding for the States table.

I agree, it's starting to get confusing in our long lists of states and provinces, and I believe most people are used to seeing the full description in forms when they're going through a checkout process.
