RELO Tribute Fields

We recently went live with Luminate vs. NetCommunity for all our online donations.  Does anyone know of a field that the donor could complete if they wanted to add additional information regarding their gift? For example, gift is from the XYZ department or simiply add a condolence note to the family being notified of their gift.


NetCommunity had a "Comments" field which linked to a gift attribute on the RE record.


The only field I'm finding in Luminate is "tribute - message body" which doesn't seem to sync with RE.


Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

You can create custom fields on Luminate donation forms.You could also use the tribute fields, but I don't think the message body field will work correctly without some of the related tribute fields.


I hear the new RELO Connector allows you to control which fields map and how. We still use the ancient Connector for DataSync, which would require support to change.
